Free Parking outside. Lots of choice of eateries and bars around. No mirror in main bedroom. Stairs could be a problem if I was on my own. Kitchen a little dated decor wise but a great location if you want Wrigley Park.
Lovely decorated apartment. Ideal for short stays I received a parking fine although I had put a valid permit in the windscreen. After looking along the street every car had one on

We are very sorry to hear about the parking fine. The parking stickers we provide is valid, but the area is strictly monitored and they do require it to be displayed very clearly on the dashboard. If the guest parked on Ashland Ave, a parking sticker is not required. We hope to host you again!
What I would call a typical second floor flat in Chicago. Furnishings a little dated but place was clean and beds comfortable. Great location and very walkable. Public transport not far. Directions to find it and get in were easy to follow. Host responsive to questions. Great shower but tub a little slippery and no grab bars. Would have liked some ice trays for the freezer.

Great all around, distance from Wrigley and restaurants to cleanliness of the unit. Nothing.
Parking was a bit of a nightmare due to Cubs game when we arrived but ended up being ok. Front bedroom was very noisy due to street noise. Great location!
Location was awesome. They place was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the kitchen and had everything we needed for meal prep. Was comfortable for our family of 5. Parking was a 50/50 shot if it was available on the street for parking. It is a busy street so the front bedroom can hear lots of noise from emergency vehicles and cars out front. All not within the owners control, it is Chicago but for sure worth mentioning if you're expecting quiet!
