Very beautiful property and very spacious. I didn’t get to take much advantage of the kitchenette area but walked around the area and found a pretty good diner that had a really good grilled chicken sandwich. I would say the parking in the front and in 383 but overall I didn’t have any real issues with it.

Jay was very responsive ! Wicked easy locks. The 2nd bedroom may be tight for full grown adults but since we were only (3) all worked out fine! We didn’t need the parking but it’s a plus for those that would.

Thank you for the kind words and for highlighting how smooth everything was. We’ll look into optimizing that second bedroom’s layout for even more comfort, and it’s great to know the parking added extra convenience. Hope to welcome you back to our condominium soon!

Great location, within walking distance of Wrigley Field. The patio are was grown up and kept up very well, but still nice to have to sit outside for a morning coffee. Also would have liked to have a fan for each room.

The location was excellent. Good neighborhood and quiet. Rooms were nice and furniture was in good condition. Parking is the only challenge if someone takes the free spots in front of the building, then you have to park further away in the neighborhood, but again it’s reasonable giving the big city and the area.
